V0.4 Update

Added:

• Discord Rich Presence 
• Cotton grows back at the end of every year
• After clicking on a worker, it's upgrade card will be shown for an easier access
  
• Finally added a model as collection point 
  
• Added an even darker skin color (almost black)

Changed:

• Updated itch.io page
• Changed worker collision exceptions, so they cannot get stuck anymore
• Changed worker spawn time form 3s to 1s
• Upgraded to new Unity version (2023)
• Improved lights
• Disabled Deport and Sell buttons on the Inspected page until it's function is fully implemented

Fixed:

• Fixed Shop and Owned screen overlapping
• Fixed Owned screen not showing workers bug
• Fixed Windows Defender SmartScreen alert (theoritically)
